The Healing Point Veterinary Acupuncture, led by Dr. Donna Hein, provides house call acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine services to dogs, cats, exotics, and horses in the Tomball area. Dr. Hein holds a Fellowship in Veterinary Acupuncture, Master's degrees in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and Integrative Veterinary Medicine, and certifications in acupuncture, herbal medicine, tuina massage, food therapy, veterinary medical manipulation, and small animal physical therapy. The practice offers acupuncture variants, herbal therapy, thermal imaging for pain localization, ozone therapy, shockwave therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, and other modalities to address conditions including arthritis, disc disease, hip dysplasia, and systemic diseases. Dr. Hein integrates Western diagnostics with Traditional Chinese approaches, drawing on nine years of conventional practice before transitioning to integrative medicine in 2007.
