Balanced Care Equine Veterinary Services, established in 2014 by Dr. Bonnie Kibbie, VMD, cVMA, cIVCA, provides acupuncture and chiropractic services to horses throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and the mid-Atlantic region. Dr. Kibbie completed formal training in medical acupuncture through CuraCore and earned chiropractic certification from the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association after studying at Options College of Animal Chiropractic. The practice integrates these complementary therapies with traditional veterinary care including sports medicine evaluations, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, shockwave therapy, and therapeutic laser to support equine athletes and companion horses. Services are available by appointment Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling and travel throughout the region.
