As an emergency vet, Dr. Tucci continued to use acupuncture to treat pets for back injuries and seizures and other emergent conditions. While she liked the variety and excitement of emergency work, she also saw pets who just weren’t thriving, or where Western drugs just weren’t helping enough. She found that TCVM was the missing link. She took more courses from Chi University and learned that acupuncture, Chinese food therapy, herbal medicines and medical massage promote health and wellness much better than the Western method of trying to cure a disease which has already occurred.
