Animal Acupuncture Westside offers integrative veterinary care for dogs and cats through acupuncture, traditional Chinese veterinary medicine, nutritional therapy, and laser therapy. Dr. Fredric Schlesinger, who has been a licensed veterinarian since 1984, is an IVAS-certified veterinary acupuncturist and Chi University-certified food therapist; he combines his 30+ years in conventional veterinary medicine with training in Chinese herbal therapy, advanced acupuncture, and massage therapy to create customized treatment plans. Dr. Schlesinger completed his acupuncture certification in 2011 and his food therapy certification in 2020, and is also a licensed massage therapist in New Mexico.
